How do I take the right decision without access to all relevant data?!

I have been fortunate to run a brand globally and in the true sense of the world. From consumer insight, to product development, sales channels, marketing comms etc. Even making sure we deliver on the margins we had set out. It was an incredibly exciting, yet stressful journey.

Why are we not hitting our numbers? Is there something wrong with the product? Are we too expensive? Everybody has an opinion, talking from their own field of expertise. Product Line tells me we need better feature, Sales tells me we need to change pricing, Finance just tells me to cut costs, even if it means firing people, and marketing tells me to just spend more on ads.

The truth was probably somewhere in the middle, but nobody was able to give me a truly objective overview on what the actual situation was. Unless I spent tons of time and money on expensive consultants, which I didn’t necessarily have either. So we started thinking who could give us a truly objective view to see whether our gut feeling was right...and we found it in AI.

That’s why we developed Telescope, an AI that provides a truly objective overview fast and based on solid data, comparing a lot of data from different angles and taking out having to filter a lot of opinions in between management. Cause ain’t nobody got time for that.
